Third-Party Test Reports & Children’s Product Certificates (CPC)
Audited documentation on file applies strictly to specific tested styles shown below. Under 16 CFR Part 1110, Children’s Product Certificates (CPC) are self-certified by the manufacturer or importer based on testing from CPSC-accepted accredited laboratories. The U.S. CPSC does not issue CPC certificates directly.

4. Product-Specific Testing Documentation
Below are representative previews of third-party laboratory reports and intellectual property certificates on file. In compliance with data confidentiality and buyer privacy policies, client identifiers and proprietary serial numbers are redacted in public previews.
5. How Testing Document Matching Works (Strict Protocol)
- Style/SKU Specificity: Every testing document on file applies strictly to the specific tested style, colorway, and production lot recorded in the laboratory test report. Reports cannot be arbitrarily transferred across different garment styles.
- Non-Universal Coverage: Not every ready-to-ship product in our open wholesale catalog shares the exact same test report. Tested styles feature dedicated badges in our product catalog; untested or newly introduced styles are clearly marked.
- Commercial Confidentiality: Complete, unredacted laboratory test reports containing full chemical breakdowns and lab seals are supplied to qualified commercial buyers upon verification of business legitimacy.
- Laboratory Report vs. US CPC Distinction: A Third-Party Laboratory Test Report (issued by accredited testing bodies such as CRT Compliance Testing or GF Testing) provides empirical scientific safety findings. Under 16 CFR Part 1110, a Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) for U.S. CPSC compliance is an official legal self-certification issued and executed by the domestic manufacturer or U.S. importer of record certifying compliance based on those laboratory test results. The U.S. CPSC does not issue, endorse, or sign CPC certificates directly.
- Custom Market-Specific Testing: For private-label OEM and volume orders, destination-specific testing (e.g., US CPSIA, EU REACH, UK CA, or Canada CCPSA) can be commissioned with accredited global inspection bodies based on the client's specifications.
