What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for RTS stock vs. custom OEM orders?

For our Ready-to-Ship (RTS) catalog, we support an ultra-flexible low entry threshold of only 50 Pcs Mixed Batch (you can freely mix and match any styles, colors, and size ranges to test your local market with zero inventory risk). For bespoke private label OEM/ODM custom development, our minimum order quantity starts from just 100 Pcs per colorway.
What is your sample turnaround time and refund policy?

Sampling timing and any sample-fee credit arrangement are confirmed in the quotation and order terms after the product brief, materials, and revision requirements are reviewed.
2. Safety Compliance & Material Standards
What product documentation is available for a destination market?

Selected products are supported by CPC documentation and third-party laboratory test reports. Documentation must be reviewed against the exact style and destination-market requirements before an order is placed; it is not a factory certification.

What international shipping terms and delivery methods do you support?

We support EXW, FOB (Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Ningbo), and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) air freight (5–7 days) and Matson expedited sea freight (15–20 days) directly to your door or Amazon FBA fulfillment centers across the US, EU, UK, and Australia, as well as express DHL/FedEx couriers.
4. Payment Terms, Sizing & IP Protection
What payment terms and methods do you accept?

Standard commercial bulk terms are 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance payment upon pre-shipment AQL 2.5 inspection approval. We accept Wire Transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), PayPal, major Credit Cards, and Alibaba Trade Assurance.
How do you protect my proprietary designs and intellectual property?

We strictly safeguard client copyright and design exclusivity. We gladly execute legally binding bilingual (EN/CN) Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) prior to receiving any design sketches, CAD files, or tech packs. Your custom patterns and artwork are never disclosed to third parties or repurposed.
What size ranges do you manufacture, and do you support custom sizing?

Our standard catalog covers 80 cm to 140 cm (approx. 9 Months to 12 Years), graded according to US and European children's body measurement standards. We also offer full bespoke grading and size adjustments based on your brand's specific tech pack specifications.
