What is your sample turnaround time and refund policy?

Our Dongguan R&D sample atelier provides a 7-business-day rapid turnaround for physical first-article prototypes (dispatched worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or SF Express). To support our brand partners, 100% of sample development fees are credited and deducted directly from your commercial bulk production invoice upon placing batch orders.

Do your products comply with US CPC, CE, and infant safety standards?

All Desheng children's garments comply with US CPC (Children's Product Certificate) tested by CPSC-accepted accredited laboratories (complying with ASTM F963, 16 CFR 1610 Flammability, and Lead/Phthalates limits), European Union CE & EN71 safety directives, and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class A (OEKO-TEX Standard 100 / US CPC) infant safety standards (0 Formaldehyde, non-toxic dyes, safe for newborn direct skin contact). How do you solve the glitter shedding and itchy tulle issue on TUTU skirts?

What international shipping terms and delivery methods do you support?

4. Payment Terms, Sizing & IP Protection
What payment terms and methods do you accept?

Standard commercial bulk terms are 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance payment upon pre-shipment AQL 2.5 inspection approval. We accept Wire Transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), PayPal, major Credit Cards, and Alibaba Trade Assurance.
How do you protect my proprietary designs and intellectual property?

We strictly safeguard client copyright and design exclusivity. We gladly execute legally binding bilingual (EN/CN) Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) prior to receiving any design sketches, CAD files, or tech packs. Your custom patterns and artwork are never disclosed to third parties or repurposed.
What size ranges do you manufacture, and do you support custom sizing?

Our standard catalog covers 80 cm to 140 cm (approx. 9 Months to 12 Years), graded according to US and European children's body measurement standards. We also offer full bespoke grading and size adjustments based on your brand's specific tech pack specifications.
